I loved the Pella patio windows and felt they have the best sliders of all the doors I tried when we were looking 4 years ago. However, their service is abysmal and we have had only difficulties in getting two replacements for broken glass from two separate lawn mower incidents(our fault, not the glass or the company). My husband is a builder and he quietly states he does not like their service and has too many problems with their company service. I regret having purchased these expensive doors and wish we had gone with a more customer friendly company.
