Please help identify replacement windows
Hi,
I bought a house with failing replacement windows, and I can't determine the brand. I've googled myself into a corner with no luck! Here's much of what is on the sticker (the only text I can find on the windows).
1999/10747-0-002 LOE ARGON/WHITE
ADVANTAGE DH FULLY WELDEDY
31.12/16 X 53. 8/16
WO-33215
...& two more pairs of measurements, which I can supply if you'd like.
Pretty please help me figure out where to go to ask for help. Thank you!!

I assume they are vinyl. Where was that info from (where was sticker on the window).
